Are you ready to celebrate? National NP Week is November 10-16! The poster for NP Week is now available. Go to the NP Week resource guide to view the poster on page 16. The poster is reflective of the national NP awareness campaign that is airing now. If you haven’t seen the campaign, please take a moment to view the national television spot on MSNBC that airs daily from October 7 through November 15 on Morning Joe (6am to 9am EST). In addition, we are running a radio spot on Washington, DC’s two top talk radio stations, WMAL (630AM and 105.9FM) and WTOP (103.5FM). The 30 second spot also airs from October 7 through November 15.
NP Week is a great time to build awareness in your community of the many benefits of NP-delivered health care. Refer to the resource guide for help in planning activities and promotions in your community. The resource guide includes a press release, community activity suggestions, talking points, public service announcements and other tools to help you build a great campaign in your local area. As always, be sure and let us know how you celebrate AANP Week 2013 so we can share your success with NP colleagues around the country.
